No; there is no official interface open to third-party software — what the product does is prepare an approved bulk entry.

Records collect in a queue, are corrected on screen, and pressing prepare produces a batch. The institution's own staff performs the entry.
We do not write a sentence claiming this happens by itself; the only promise we make is that the preparation and the record are ours.
